Richard Rayborn, Sr. Manager of Business Solutions, is a mechanical engineer who joined the Franklin Energy team after a long career working on the utility side of our business in a variety of roles and markets. He’s been working on a research project to better understand where innovation already lives within our C&I programs and what we might want to consider as our industry transitions away from lighting and embraces electrification and decarbonization.
