With over ten years of experience, Melissa Schmitz is an expert at implementing and planning energy efficiency programs for municipal electric utilities in Wisconsin. She has served as key account representative to four Wisconsin utilities and leverages her extensive experience in water resources management. Currently, she serves as a team lead for Focus on Energy’s Community Small Business Offering and Chain Stores & Franchise sector. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin.
